12 Week DurieFlow Program for
Satisfying Sleep

   


A recent survey says that 65% of Americans don't sleep well, which means we are a sleep-deprived society!

Our fast-paced, stressful lifestyle can cause the natural rhythms of our heart, nervous system, and brain chemistry to get out of balance.

Women in mid-life have the added factor of hormonal changes taking place as well. All this adds up to not being able to get to sleep and stay asleep. Without restful sleep, life becomes a struggle. We lose the enthusiasm that gives vitality and meaning to our lives.

I have designed a program that will give you the tools to balance your body and balance your life so you can sleep well and enjoy life again.

Components of the Program:

The DurieFlow Massage and Energy Healing Sessions: This unique form of bodywork re-trains and re-balances your nervous system so it can shift into the deeply restful state necessary for sleep. You will receive nine 60 minute

DurieFlow Massage sessions during this program.

The DurieFlow Body-Centered Meditation PracticeThis special meditation practice gives you a powerful tool at night time to help you make the shift from the busy day time worries and thinking mode to the slower, restful mode needed for sleep. Using breath, movement and awareness, this meditation practice is designed specifically for relaxing the body and calming the mind.

Daily Tools for Soulful Living: I have designed fun and effective ways of calming the mind and promoting inner peace, harmony, and bringing more delight into your life.  You will be surprised how helpful these simple daytime tools can be.

4 Page Awareness Guide: This Guide, which is included in the Sleep Starter Package, gives you valuable insights about how your problems with sleeping are deeply impacting your life. It is one of the tools we will use to measure your progress throughout the 12-Week Program.

30 Minute Mentoring Sessions: Each week we will meet either in person or by phone. During these mentoring sessions I will be teaching you the components of the DurieFlow Body-Centered Meditation Practice, introducing you to the Daily Tools, and checking in with you to support your progress.

Mid-life is such a rich period of change for women.  It's about discovering and honoring your wisdom.

This transformation takes a lot of energy and plenty of sleep! Please don't think you have to "give up" or suffer unnecessarily.  There IS hope.
